**Company Overview**:
We are a medium sized property management company for condominiums Our office located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, and the properties we manage are mostly located in the West Island and Cote St-Luc. We are expanding and looking for someone to join our team for the long term who will eventually become a senior property manager.
**Position Overview**:
Full-time assistant property manager responsible for 5-10 properties. The position is partly remote work, partly in our office, and partly on site at our properties. We are seeking someone bilingual who is not required to have experience in property management but is willing/able to learn. Must have a driver’s license. The compensation is between $36k-$42k / year depending on skills and experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, board members, and vendors by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to resident information, maintenance records, financial transactions, and other relevant data in property management software.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
Property Inspections: Visit the property to collect/drop off mail and visually inspect the premises.

**Présentation du poste**:
Gestionnaire immobilier adjoint à temps plein responsable de 5 à 10 propriétés. Le poste est en partie un travail à distance, en partie dans nos bureaux et en partie sur place dans nos propriétés. Nous recherchons une personne bilingue qui n'est pas tenue d'avoir une expérience en gestion immobilière mais qui est disposée/capable d'apprendre. Doit avoir un permis de conduire. La rémunération se situe entre 36 000 $ et 42 000 $/an selon les compétences et l'expérience.
**Responsabilités**:
Soutien administratif : Aider le gestionnaire immobilier dans les tâches administratives telles que la gestion de la correspondance, la tenue des dossiers et la préparation de rapports.
Service client : Fournir un service client exceptionnel aux résidents, aux membres du conseil d'administration et aux fournisseurs en répondant rapidement aux demandes de renseignements, aux préoccupations et aux demandes de maintenance.
Saisie de données : saisissez et conservez avec précision les données relatives aux informations sur les résidents, aux dossiers de maintenance, aux transactions financières et à d'autres données pertinentes dans un logiciel de gestion immobilière.
Coordination des fournisseurs : coordonner avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants pour planifier et superviser les projets de maintenance, de réparation et d'amélioration des immobilisations.
Inspections de la propriété : Visitez la propriété pour récupérer/déposer le courrier et inspecter visuellement les lieux.
**Exigences**:
Compétences en communication en anglais et en français
Permis de conduire valide
Pay: $36,800.00-$42,000.00 per year
