Golden Elite Deco, a leading importer and retailer in the home improvement sector, specializing in bathroom vanities, toilets, bathtubs, showers, faucets, flooring, and more, is looking for a dedicated Logistics and Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team. With four stores across Quebec and a diverse range of high-quality products, we are committed to delivering excellence in everything we do.

### Responsibilities:

- **Support to Head of Logistics**: Assist in daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Supplier Communication**: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, coordinating orders, deliveries, and addressing any concerns.
- **Payment Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate payments to suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Assist in booking shipping vessels and managing logistics schedules to ensure product availability meets demand.

### Requirements:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in logistics and accounts payable is preferred.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00 per year
