- Dumak est un distributeur international de fournitures d'emballage industriel et nous cherchons à développer notre équipe au Canada _et aux États-Unis _. N_ous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste des RH pour développer notre service des ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités**
- **Mettre à jour les descriptions et les exigences des postes**:

- **Afficher les descriptions de poste sur différents médias**:

- **Rechercher et découvrir de nouveaux talents pour notre équipe**:

- **Développer des plans de recrutement pour notre entreprise**:

- **Améliorer et développer nos programmes actuels d'accueil et d'intégration.**:

- **Communiquer avec le personnel au sujet de nos plans d'intégration.**:

- **Mettre à jour et développer les politiques de ressources humaines de l'entreprise**:

- **Organiser des ateliers de formation pour l'équipe concernant les nouvelles politiques de ressources humaines.**:

- **Suivre les résultats du travail des employés**:

- **Mettre à jour et maintenir les dossiers des CV des employés, les contrats de travail, les cas, etc. dans notre système CRM.**:

- **Comprendre et maintenir les budgets de rémunération**:

- **Maintenir les relations entre employés**

**Qualifications**
- **Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, communications, etc.**:

- **1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire (recrutement, représentant des RH, administrateur des RH, analyste des RH, etc) - requis**:

- **Expérience en CRM avec NetSuite (atout)**:

- **Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale**:

- **Bilinguisme (français/anglais) - requis**:

- **Très organisé**

- _**Update Job descriptions and requirments**_
- _**Post job descritptions on various outlets**_
- _**Search and discover new talent for our team**_
- _**Develop recruiting plans for our company**_
- _**Improve and develope our current onboarding and offboarding programs**_
- _**Communicate with staff about our onboarding plans**_
- _**Update and develope company Human Resource Policies**_
- _**Conduct educational workshops for team regarding any new HR Policies**_
- _**Monitor employee work results**_
- _**Update and maintain records of employee resume's, employment contracts, cases, etc, in our CRM system.**_
- _**Understanding and maintaining pay budgets**_
- _**Maintain employee-employee relations**_
- **Qualifications**_
- _University degree in Human Resources, Communications, etc (required)_
- _1-2 years experience in related field (Recruiting, HR representative, HR administrator, HR analyst, etc) - Required_
- CRM experience using NetSuite (asset)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Bilingualism (French/English) - Preferred
- Highly organized
