Manpower is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our client in Saint John New Brunswick. This is a remote position (Canadian resident only)

What's in it for you
  • $20 to $29 per hour base on experience
  • Eligible for 4% vacation pay
  • Remote, work from your comfortable home
  • 20 -25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4Pm
  • Six month to one year assignment
What's the job?
  • Process payroll transactions using Ceridian -Dayforce system
  • Review and verify payroll output for accuracy before disbursing payments.
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Communicate with employees to resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
What do you bring to the job?
  • Prior payroll experience in Ceridian-dayforce system a must
  • 1-3 years prior payroll experience in payroll
  • Education background in payroll
  • Tech savvy and able to learn different payroll system
  • Availability to work part time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
  • Able to pass backcheck
