altavia.cloudraker is looking for a Healthcare Account Manager who is ready to lead a pharmaceutical brand portfolio with multiple indications, and various other consumer brands. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong relationship with the clients, coaching and developing a team, growing the accounts and ensuring we deliver top-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an open relationship between the agency and clients;
- Manage the client's expectations in order to foster a healthy working relationship;
- Understand the client's true needs by challenging them, in order to deliver exceptional services;
- Collaborate on the strategic planning and business evolution for our clients;
- Brand planning and lifecycle management including pre-launch planning, launch and LOE
- Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects and new business opportunities;
- Understand clients' financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;
- Define and manage deliverables, budgets, risks and timelines;
- Recruit, coach, manage, and retain an exceptional team;
- Decentralize information and decision making within the team to ensure everyone is empowered and engaged;
- Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize processes;
- Contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.

**You have**:

- A thorough understanding of PAAB and ASC regulations;
- A love of clinical data and an deep understanding of complex disease states with the ability to distill the information into tactics that drive meaningful change
- Have worked on other scientific portfolios; immunology/oncology/anti-infectives
- Digital and traditional marketing experience;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- A passion for coaching and developing others;
- A strategic perspective on marketing and always think about the big picture;
- An entrepreneurial spirit - someone who is willing to drive the business;
- High degree of emotional intelligence; you can adapt your communication style to anyone you speak to;
- The ability to juggle multiple projects (a portfolio with multiple indications) and prioritize.
