**You’ll hone a broad set of skills by**:

- managing a variety of projects that vary in degrees of complexity and scope;
- performing operational processes efficiently as well as bringing creative ideas for improvement.

**You’ll manage projects that**:

- meet Fraser Health's strategy to deliver excellence in patient and healthcare provider experience;
- enhance Fraser Health staff digital information efficiency;

**To join our team, we’ll be looking for you to have**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Health Information Science
- Seven (7) years' recent, related experience with contemporary project management practice including three (3) years' experience as a project manager within a complex healthcare environment
- Expertise and knowledge around clinical information systems and complex integration
- Demonstrated clinical stakeholder engagement experience

You’ll have excellent written and oral communications skills, and be comfortable presenting sophisticated concepts to management, technical, and non-technical staff appropriately. A Project Management certification is required. You’ll be able to provide three references that demonstrate your experience in Health Informatics Clinical Systems within the last 5-8 years.

**We’ll give preference to those that have**:

- Experience working in the healthcare industry with clinical information system implementations
- Experience or Certification in Prince2, IIBA (or other industry recognized PM designation)
- Experience with managing large scale request for proposals and the BC Bid process
- Experience with presenting to and communicating with Executive teams
- Aptitude to stay apprised of technology advancements
- Experience with managing multiple cross functional teams
- Ability to work closely with operational teams to transition project work to sustainment activities
