Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:
Provides project and contract support by coordinating key activities relating to the planning, procurement and implementation of the projects. Manages and coordinates document distribution, project schedules and formal communications with stakeholders. Prepares and maintains project work schedules, comprehensive document control records and tracking mechanisms, supports tracking of project financials. Schedules and attends project meetings; records and distributes meeting notes; monitors task lists and manages outstanding risks and issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides technical project support to project teams by coordinating key activities related to the planning, and implementation of various initiatives for the project; tracks, documents and reports project status and results to the Leader, Directors and other stakeholders.
- Provides control point for all project documentation; reviews incoming requests for information, submittals, correspondence, inquiries, requests and instructions; determines requirements and refers matters to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Reviews and maintains an understanding of the project schedules, deliverables and commitments as per project charters and/or contract; provides technical assistance and advice on project status to meet formal legal and audit obligations and coordinates responses to inquiries.
- Conducts research into operational systems for purchase, upgrade and/or implementation into the various facilities by gathering system specifications, analyzing system needs in collaboration with leadership and project teams; provides recommendations on the various systems for implementation at the various sites.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining master project work schedules and financial records by liaising with the stakeholders on project and project deliverable status; provides status updates and assists in the development of progress reports.
- Assists with establishing document control records; creates and maintains tracking mechanisms for project issues, project risks and overall project schedule; maintains relevant files and follows up on needed actions; acts as a liaison with the project team(s) and other staff.
- Monitors communications between project teams and other stakeholders; establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships with the various stakeholders by resolving issues that require project management support and/or of a sensitive nature.
- Coordinates and schedules appointments and meetings as required; determines meeting requirements and ensures all necessary documentation and equipment are available.
- Develops user documentation, such as training and downtime procedures to support the implementation.
- Participates on special projects and assignments, as assigned; conducts research, collects and analyzes relevant data; produces related reports, as needed.

Qualifications:
Completion of a Diploma program in Business Administration or related field plus three to five years of related experience in project management support, facilities planning, information system implementation or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Valid B.C. Driver's license and acc
