**Job Description**:
Join us as a Strategic Offsets Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in the development and execution of Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) plans for Canadian programs. Your responsibilities will involve:

- Identifying, developing, and submitting activities eligible for Canadian ITB credit in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Providing timely financial analysis and support to the Strategic Offsets team, generating ITB reports in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Supporting program audit requirements and financial data requests.
- Collaborating with program managers, financial analysts, and commercial officers to consolidate and reconcile financial data.
- Assisting in the creation of offset and value proposition strategies and proposals for Canadian pursuits.
- Participating in contract and subcontract Offset Terms & Conditions negotiations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding ITB activities
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of Canadian programs while working alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional experience may be considered in lieu of education;
- Analytical capacity to understand project cost and accounting principles, and to identify trends and problems throughout the program cycle;
- Proficient with MS Excel, and familiarity with Power BI and financial systems;
- Strong written and verbal communications;
- Experience with negotiations; and
- Experience in Canadian Offset management under the Industrial and Technological Benefits policy would be considered an asset.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment. Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
