**Your future duties and responsibilities**

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Coordinate the various professional activities related to the implementation and distribution of the training catalogue.
- Supervise and evaluate your team;
- Organize and participate in training and resource development;
- Plan the design of new training actions;
- Set up and maintain processes allowing work optimization of the sector;
- Ensure smooth communication and lead meetings with team members
- Manage and evaluate the quality of services provided
- Promote teamwork and resource development
- Represent the sector in various meetings
- Participate in various operational meetings and get involved in various business projects
- Ensure high quality service to our customers and members.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**
- University degree in human resources management, training management or any other combination of studies and relevant or equivalent experience
- A minimum of two years of team leading experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in the field of training
- Experience in the field of payroll (an asset)
- Experience in customer service (essential)
- Strong aptitude for teamwork
- Ability to cope with stress while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong sense of organization and planning
- Good management of priorities and time
- Teamwork skills and communication skills
- Flexibility and great ability to adapt to change
- Ability to regularly take new initiatives
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office office tools
- Excellent command of French and English, both verbal and written (essential).
