Reporting to the Coordinator, Administrative Services, the Administrative Partner II - Program, provides administrative support to the Sr. Director of The Office of Black Health, as well as is accountable for the coordination of a range of initiatives. The role is a key contact for the program, as well as a communication point for program projects, processes and support.

The Office of Black Health is committed to advancing the health and wellbeing of black peoples and communities with the understanding there is work to do to address the health inequities faced by black peoples.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a 2-year college Diploma in Medical, Executive or Office Administration, or as acceptable by the Hospital
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
- Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with individuals and the community, creating positive impact
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities with respect, sensitivity, cultural understanding, and non-judgement
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Demonstrated fiscal knowledge
- Ability to identify problem, troubleshoot, provide suggestions and implement solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Vision, Purpose and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

**Before beginning employment at LHSC, all new hires will be required to**:

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis;
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step);
- Provide proof of Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccination reflective of Ontario Health’s current definition of being fully vaccinated
