**LE RÔLE**
Chef de banquet planifie, coordonne la préparation des aliments et gère les activités de cuisine de tous les services de restauration et fonctions des BNP. Vous planifiez les menus des événements spéciaux pour tous les services de traiteur et toutes les réceptions des BNP, enseignez au personnel les nouvelles techniques de cuisson et lui montre comment utiliser le nouvel équipement, et formez le personnel relativement aux méthodes de fonctionnement uniformisées de la cuisine. Vous gérez, coordonnez et mettez en place des activités et des procédures de cuisson, s’assurez que la nourriture répond aux normes de qualité et répondez aux questions et résoute les problèmes des clients en temps opportun.
**QUALIFICATION REQUISE** Études, certificats et permis**
Diplôme d’études secondaires ET plusieurs années d’expérience de la préparation commerciale des aliments ou dans un domaine connexe
ET
Certificat valide du Programme des normes interprovinciales sceau rouge pour les cuisiniers
Certificat de manipulation des aliments, si nécessaire
**Expérience**
De la planification, de l’organisation et de la gestion des services de traiteur dans les établissements de restauration
De la gestion des coûts de la nourriture et de la main-d’œuvre
De l’administration du personnel
**Compétences, aptitudes et capacités**
Orientation client, connaissance de l’organisation, communication, innovation, travail d’équipe et leadership

Anglais essentiel
