Under the Supervision of the Assistant Controller, the Invoicing Clerk B is responsible for invoicing Transit agents and partner organizations for Transit fare products. The clerk will follow processes to ensure all sales are invoiced and invoices are distributed to clients. The clerk will also maintain customer files and records, and update various invoice tracking sheets.

**As the Invoicing Clerk you will**:

- Generate and issue invoices for efare products for agents and partner organizations.
- Generate and issue invoices for paper fare products and tokens for agents and partner organizations.
- Maintain customer files and records, update/generate reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your education and qualifications include**:

- High School diploma and additional relevant business courses, such as; Accounting, Bookkeeping and Business Communications, etc. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) years of general office experience with a minimum of one-year experience in invoicing or accounting.
- Data entry experience including the ability to pay attention to detail and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Word and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritize work to effectively accomplish duties within defined time frames.
- Ability to work efficiently, exercising sound judgement, under minimum supervision.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in accordance with established workplace policies and procedures.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agents, partner organizations and co-workers in accordance with the Respectful Workplace Standard.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft, specifically Billing and AR, General Ledger or the ability to obtain same within six (6) months.
