**Position Overview**:
This job is full time - 40 hours/week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as electrical work, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and cleaning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, following instructions and guidelines provided.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
- Drive to various properties as required for maintenance tasks and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Mini Van supplied.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong handy skills and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Experience with HVAC, electricity, painting, plumbing, and cleaning are preferred but not necessary.
- Dependable and willing to work five days a week with extra hours available when needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
