**Job description**:
As a **Solution Manager**, you will join the department of HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access). Interesting information about HEMA: We are a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 collaborators, located in 7 countries (Canada, U.S.A, Spain, France, U.K., China, Bulgaria), gathering more than 15 different nationalities. Our main activities are Health Economics, Market Access, Medical Writing, and Biostatistics. Let us show you what you could do with us, and how you can impact the world being a HEMA Solution Manager

**Your Role**: Find bold projects with a strong creative and technological content

Your mission would be to create, develop, make profitable and sustainable what is going to be your own Business Unit having operational and strategic control over it.

In order to make it grow, you’ll operate on a daily basis on three main axes:
**1.Business and Strategy**

Animating, coordinating, developing its own BU and ensuring its growth

Realizing a client/offers mapping of the technologies and competencies on the market with the help of another Group internal Department

Making a structured technical and financial business proposal and negotiate prices

Preparing and realizing qualification meetings between clients and consultants

Realizing project review, follow-up and establish projects reports

**2.Client relation**

Monitoring customer activities in order to anticipate and acquire projects

Maintaining a clients' portfolio updated and strengthening the existing partnerships

Opening new accounts by managing legal and contractual aspects

**3.Management**

Giving opinions on Business Plan presentation

Supporting the key success people in their development

Improving and proposing new processes and initiatives

Reading and optimizing the Profit & Loss and calculating margin

Making advanced Profit & Loss analysis, detect business issues and build an action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin
