**Role Description**

We are seeking for a skilled and dynamic **“Proposal Manager”** to join our team.

The Proposal Manager will governance the proposal process by directing kick-off meetings for proposals. Proposal Managers will reply to requests for proposals (RFPs), producing, reviewing and organize documents, for approval and delivering the finished proposal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching for new RFPs through multiple databases
- Evaluate if opportunity is a right fit for the organization
- Develop the proposal plan and review the Enquiry Summary, if necessary
- Organize and hold big kick-off meeting
- Define bid cost structure, with the support of the Executive Team
- Managing and work within budget
- Manages the interfaces with Partners and Clients
- Analyses Contact requirements and conditions
- Assists in bid vendors list definitions
- Approves the preliminary project scope
- Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid
- Endorses the project organization, over all project schedule, overall plan execution, overall resource plan
- Prepares the bidding documents for the subcontract RFQ’s
- Identifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed, if necessary
- Submit the proposal to the Client

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Communication, Sales, Marketing
- Experience preparing and submitting RFPs
- Budgeting
- Organized and efficient individual
- Detail-oriented
- Great time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with bid software such as RFPIO
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce is as asset
- Ability to travel to Brampton and North York offices as well as work from home
