Customer Support Specialist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer interactions and transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially English) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
