**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Initiation**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal members.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate resources needed for project execution.
- **Project Execution and Monitoring**:

- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and clients.
- **Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.
- **Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients regularly.
- Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to conduct thorough testing and reviews.
- **Project Closure**:

- Conduct project evaluations and post-mortem analysis to identify lessons learned.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.
- Facilitate project handover to clients and internal support teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Website Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web development or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
