Alberta Innovates is seeking two Grants Coordinator positions at our Edmonton location. The successful incumbants will be responsible for administering and supporting our grant funding programs as part of a team.

The successful incumbent will be accountable for, but not limited to:
Assisting with information gathering in response to program audit requests
Working with program areas and External Clients with assist in ensuring compliance to grants administration process
Maintenance of electronic client files
Supporting the Grants System Coordinator to provide IT support, copywriting, workflow implementation and management of enterprise grants management system is an asset.

**Qualifications**:
A diploma from a recognized post-secondary business administrative or business program
A university degree in a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a granting organization or office environment, including handling confidential information
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to work within timelines, independently and with a team
Familiarity with grants administration processes is an asset
Demonstrated expertise in a coding environment or back-end database management.
