Manufacturier, distributeur et designer de luminaires depuis plus de 40 ans, nous avons su nous démarquer par notre sens de l’innovation et notre connaissance des enjeux dans l’industrie. Notre mission : innover et améliorer les standards des différentes catégories d’éclairage: suspensions, murales, encastrés, plafonniers, rails et spots etc. De l’éclairage traditionnel à l’éclairage intelligent, BAZZ se fait un devoir d’être à l’avant-garde.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne responsable du bureau des commandes et service-client. Cette personne doit être prête à travailler dans une petite équipe, elle doit être débrouillarde et bilingue. Relevant de la responsable administration et comptes clients, nous avons besoin d’une personne autonome, rigoureuse et qui prend à cœur le service à la clientèle. Cette personne doit être en mesure d’accomplir multiples tâches : de l’entrée de données aux suivis par téléphone avec des clients.

**Description des responsabilités**

**Gestion administrative des commandes**
- Vérification du statut des commandes : EDI et plateformes web des clients
- Saisie de données: confirmation des PO et inventaires, gestion des B/O, des retours, des # tracking, et dates de réception etc
- Entrée manuelle des commandes dans le système BAZZ

**Service-client**
- Concernant les commandes : répondre aux appels et courriels
- Concernant les produits : répondre aux appels et courriels

**Assurer un soutien administratif**
- Facturation dans le système BAZZ
- Envoyer des factures EDI
- Scan des documents : facture, picking list, packing list
- Prise de rendez-vous avec des transporteurs
- Traitement des paiements par carte de crédit (Beanstream Internet)
- Traitement des retours d’inventaires
- Contestation de pénalités clients. Investiguez et démontrer
- Générer et envoyer des documents administratifs
- Remplir de la documentation reliée à l’expédition (ex. formulaire FDA pour douanes américaines)
- Remplacement de la réception occasionnellement
- Classement et autres tâches administrative connexes

**Expérience et qualifications requises**
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou connexe
- Formation en administratif, secrétariat et / ou bureautique
- Bilinguisme
- Bonne expérience avec EDI et plateforme web de clients
- Bonne expérience en service-client : courriel et téléphone
- Bonne expérience avec l’entrée de données
- Bonne connaissance de l’informatique

In its mission of designing, distributing and manufacturing light fixtures, BAZZ develops not only recessed lighting but everything from pendants, wall lamps and ceiling fixtures to track-lights, spotlights, under-cabinet lighting and so much more. From traditional lighting to smart lighting, BAZZ is always trying to be ahead of the game.

**Order Desk**
- Order verification and confirmation: EDI and customer’s web platforms
- Data entry: PO and inventory confirmation, B/O and return management, # tracking, and stock reception dates etc.
- Manual order entry in BAZZ system

**Customer Service**

**Administrative Support**
- Billing in BAZZ system
- Send EDI invoices
- Scan documents: invoices, picking list, packing list
- Take appointments with carrier
- Process credit cards (Beanstream Internet)
- Manage returns
- Dispute client penalties
- Generate and send administrative documents
- Fill different forms related to shipping (ex FDA form for US customs)
- Replace at reception occasionally
- Filing

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Diploma in administration and/or secretarial studies
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English
- Good experience with EDI and customers web platforms
- Good experience with data entry
- Good computer knowledge
