DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Guillevin Greentech - Région Est, le Représentant aux ventes externes - Énergie solaire & Bornes de recharge VE développe des ventes rentables et s'assure que les attentes des clients sont constamment satisfaites, maximisant ainsi notre part de marché (Province de Québec, Ottawa et Cornwall). Il développe donc les ventes d’équipements solaires (kits solaires hors-réseau, caméras solaires, lampadaires solaires, génératrices de secours,) et les bornes de recharge de véhicule électrique dans les secteurs résidentiels, commerciaux et industriels.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Assurer une connaissance approfondie et actuelle des clients, ainsi que des forces et faiblesses des concurrents en élaborant une base de données fiable couvrant la province du Québec ;
- Élaborer et implémenter des plans commerciaux de développement des marchés de niche pour l’énergie solaire et les bornes de recharge de véhicule électrique ;
- Développer des stratégies commerciales qui répondent aux objectifs de vente du centre d'affaires pour les comptes spécifiques : Hydro Québec, municipalités, bâtiments à usage résidentiel ou commercial, pourvoiries, parcs nationaux, chalets, stations télécoms, parkings,;
- Coordonner les efforts de vente et de service à la clientèle avec les ventes internes et les achats ;
- Soutenir les vendeurs internes et les spécialistes des devis pour favoriser un excellent service à la clientèle, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité des comptes ;
- Développer et maintenir des relations à long terme avec ses clients et les représentants des fournisseurs ;
- Fournir des renseignements précis sur le marché au directeur du centre d'affaires et aux autres membres de l'équipe de vente ;
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances commerciales et/ou techniques sur les différentes lignes de produits.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE:

- Minimum de deux (02) années d'expérience en vente, ou une combinaison de formations et d'expériences professionnelles pertinentes ;
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'énergie solaire photovoltaïque et/ou de l'installation électrique est souhaitée ;
- Capacité de vente démontrée ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à l'organisation ;
- Excellente connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit - La possibilité de pouvoir communiquer en langue anglaise serait un atout (pas d’obligation) ;
- Être axé sur le service à la clientèle et les résultats ;
- Expérience en informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
