**Summary**:
Under the supervision of the Strategy Director, Promotions, Production and Digital Content, the Operations, Editorial and commercialisation Manager is responsible for managing and producing a variety of editorial content for Montreal’s Énergie and Rouge stations, including radio scripts, taking into account the stations in the network:

- **Editorial /** **Copywriting**; by writing and supervising the content required for programming and sales, in collaboration with the Operations and Production Manager.
- **Commercialisation;** ensuring the synergy of content produced with the promotion, digital content and social network departments, as well as sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the writing and production of all Rouge and Énergie promotions scripts.
- Oversee the quality of texts for on-air messages and make any necessary improvements.
- Supervision and optimization of the production and copywriting hub in collaboration with the Operations and Production Manager
- Brainstorming lead to generate and create concepts in collaboration with programming and promotions.
- Actively participate in production meeting by sharing advertising inspiration
- Establish and follow an annual planning process to deliver content writing ahead of schedule
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and achievements in radio advertising
- Plan, organize and manage production and editorial processes
- Liaise with other departments to ensure creative elements are delivered on time
- Foster positive relationships, both internally within the team and externally
- In phase 2 of the mandate, manage a team of writers, including defining and monitoring objectives, as well as providing feedback, coaching and evaluation.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years related experience
- Experience in audio and video production (an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in major computer software
- Experience in an advertising or marketing agency an asset
