As the **Social Media Content Operations Specialist**, you know how to work across all verticals of a business. You will take care of the whole content management process and be responsible for content analysis and work in tandem with the marketing team to help them strategize better campaigns. **Responsibilities Include**:
2. Develop the company's social media platform content and operation plan based on quarterly OKR goals.
3. Develop cooperation models with influencers, create content targeting specific keywords, and perform review and edit of written content as needed.
4. Measure the performance of digital marketing activities against established marketing goals (ROI and KPIs) to create efficient deployment strategies.
6. Collaborate in weekly marketing team meetings to promote collaboration and communication.
7. Priority consideration for those who have experience in operating official or IP account growth and commercial conversion, as well as successful case studies of viral content creation on new media platforms.
**Qualification**:
1. Proficient in social platform short video operations, with successful cases of operating account follower growth, business conversion increase, and viral content creation on new media platforms, with a priority for those in the real estate/home decor industry.
2. More than 3 years of new media operation experience, with at least 1 year of experience in managing a new media operation team.
3. Able to understand the business, build a bridge of content between the business needs of the brand and product and the target audience, with a deep understanding of commercial conversion of traffic.
4. Good at sensing online trends, with sharp insight; an excellent content creator, aesthetically discerning, and committed to the quality of content produced by oneself and the team。
5. Skilled in starting from zero to one, values the ROI of private domain operations, and capable of data-driven analysis for refined operations.
