**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Data entry
- Invoicing;
- Answer incoming calls
- Writing letters, Orders and documents
- Filing documents necessary for the monthly production.
- Answering phone calls
- Must know microsoft office _**(Excel, Word, Power Point). **_Strong Excell skill
- Must be bilingual
- Order office supplies
- Ability to communicate in English and French.
- Flexibility and adaptability
**Formation et Qualifications**:
- High School or equivalent (Desired)
- Bilingual (French and eglish)
- Experience in as a receptionist or assistant at least 1 year (Desired)
- Must posses a positive, friendly and professional attitude.
