**You as a QA/QC Manager will**:

- Oversee and manage the quality control and assurance processes for all part of construction projects, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, specifications, drawings, and best practices
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that spans all phases of the construction projects, from planning to completion
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement among the project teams, promoting best practices and proactive problem-solving approaches.
- Train and develop project teams on quality-related procedures and methodologies.
- Address any non-conformance issues promptly and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Quality Manager in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems is a definite plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality management standards, processes, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple scope simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Knowledge on ISO and CSA is a must.
