Maintenance Service Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**Duties**:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any urgent repairs or maintenance needs
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper equipment functionality
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically to diagnose issues
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate external contractors
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
