About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Heavy Duty Maintenance Worker at All Round Property Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our apartment/condominium complex, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • General Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Health and Safety: Perform safety and security checks, and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and residents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
