**Votre rôle à titre de coordinateur des soins de nuit et soir**
Dialogue est à la recherche d’un(e) coordinateur(-trice) des soins de nuit et soir pour contribuer à sa mission d’aider les gens à améliorer leur bien-être. En étroite collaboration avec Émilie Deschênes, chef de l’équipe de coordinateurs des soins, votre rôle a pour mission d'être le principal point de contact pour nos patients durant le soir et la nuit. **Vos responsabilités incluront**:
- Représenter le premier point de contact entre le patient et l’équipe médicale
- Assurer la liaison entre les équipes de soutien médical et technique afin d'aider les patients et les fournisseurs à résoudre divers problèmes médicaux, techniques ou logistiques
- Gérer les crises, surveiller les opérations pendant la nuit et fournir un soutien technique
- Trouver la meilleure ressource pour le patient afin de livrer une expérience mémorable
- S’engager à garantir une satisfaction totale du client
- Vous serez responsable de la sécurité des patients dans votre rôle de contact avec les membres
**Nous aimerions beaucoup vous rencontrer si vous possédez**:
- Baccalauréat (préférablement dans un domaine de la santé)
- Traits de personnalité : autonomie, souci du détail, instigateur, attitude positive
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l'écrit
- Disponible pour travailler en équipe de nuit (généralement de 22h30 à 7h) et en soirée, en semaine et le week-end, dans le cadre de la rotation des horaires de notre équipe de nuit
- Capacité à gérer des crises et résoudre des problèmes rapidement dans le calme
- Expérience professionnelle dans le système de soins de santé public et/ou travail de nuit (un atout)
- Le désir de travailler dans un environnement qui encourage l’autonomie, la patience et l’empathie
- Motivé par un milieu de travail dynamique, axé sur l'expérience patient
- Attiré par un environnement innovateur
- Facilité avec les outils informatiques
