FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)
Adaptiiv is expanding our sales team into the US and is seeking a **Field Sales Representative** to support and execute on Adaptiiv sales activities. This role will own and support the Western territory (California).
The Field Sales Representative works as a key member of the commercialization team to execute on sales activities designed to expand Adaptiiv's customer base and continually increase sales revenue. They build and maintain strong relationships with customers to align their business needs with Adaptiiv's solutions and can articulate how Adaptiiv can help support their business objectives. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for conducting business with a high level of integrity and with the long-term interests of patient, customers, and the organization as their key motivating factor.
**What You'll Do**
- Execute on sales activities designed to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities for Adaptiiv and maintain existing accounts within territory.
- Attend high level sales meetings (in-person and virtually) with external stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to a wide variety of healthcare specialists, including Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Hospital Administration, etc.
- Represent the Adaptiiv brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Maximize revenue opportunities within existing accounts by closely monitoring usage analytics to expand adoption of Adaptiiv software.
- Work cross-functionally with our channel partners to maximize reach in assigned territory.
- Prepare accurate proposals and quotations for new and existing accounts.
- Develop comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage and improve relationships with stakeholders.
- Continually adjust Salesforce funnel stages throughout the sales cycle to provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Own assigned territory and work in collaboration with the National Sales Manager, sales, marketing, and clinical team members, to drive territory and regional sales success.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with internal Adaptiiv resources, such as Clinical Solutions and Product Development.
- Frequently travel throughout territory to meet with clients, as well as attend relevant tradeshows, conferences, in-person client demonstrations, onboarding meetings, etc.
- Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor Adaptiiv's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a sales role.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of medical sales experience, medical technology, software, or device.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and other business tools or CRM.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Persistent determination in sales cadence.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout assigned territory in US.
- Previous experience selling in the oncology space, specifically radiation oncology, having built relationships with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and Radiation Therapists, would be an asset.
- Previous experience working for a SaaS, MedTech, or healthcare technology company considered an asset.
- Prior start-up environment experience and success in launching new technologies is an asset.
