**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Delivery of the following four (4) core services:

- **Research services**: Support primary and secondary research, particularly survey research. The incumbent will provide research and project support to assist internal clients in gathering the data and information they need for evidence-based planning and decision making (e.g., to support academic program reviews, continuous improvement, board reporting, government reporting, strategic plan reporting).
- **Dashboard development**:Help develop and maintain dynamic dashboards. Extract and/or gather data (e.g., administrative, survey, statistical data) based on provided business requirements. Implement established methods and procedures for collecting and preparing data for analysis. Extract, integrate, map, and analyze data from one or more databases in a format suitable for research, analysis, and reporting.
- **Government accountability**: Support government reporting with data and data analysis. Provide data support to preparing government-mandated reports, such as the Strategic Mandate Agreement (SMA) Report. Support government-mandated surveys by helping to prepare the various related data files (e.g., student contact information, student demographics, program information).

**Qualifications**:

- Three (3) year diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Business, Computer Science or similar field of study including courses in data analysis, social science or market research, and database management.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in designing and conducting research and analysis related to social science research, market research, statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, reliable, and accurate analytics, dashboards, and reports.
- A track record in statistical analysis, survey research methods, and relational database management.
- Extremely high level of attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analytical information for business end-users.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities, meet deadlines with mínimal supervision, follow instructions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess a client-service orientation.
