**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, D-Camps, the Administrative Assistant, D-Camps is responsible for supporting the D-Camps leadership team (Camp Coordinators) with the administrative and operational execution of the seasonal programs. This position is responsible for the tracking of purchase processes, including acquiring monthly statements of accounts from key vendors, and works closely with the Administrative Coordinator to ensure the efficient and timely completion of seasonal onboarding needs and other key inter-departmental tasks, with a focus on finance, procurement, and Gift in Kind Corporate Development needs.

**This role includes, but not limited to**:
- Communicates with the finance and procurement team, updating vendor invoice tracking sheet, coordinates the collection of monthly vendor statement of accounts, and sets up goods receipt tasks and required proceed and support.
- Communicating with Administrative Coordinator, Payroll, Accounting, and other enabler department leads to ensure onboarding processes and required paperwork is completed for required processing.
- Supports the management, collection, and input of D-Camps Gift in Kind regional inventory lists and packing slips in partnership with Camps and Corporate development teams.
- Ensures the timely updating of the D-Camps webpage, working with the D-Camps and Digital team.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business, social/health sciences, recreation, or related discipline
- 1+ yrs. camp experience
- 1-2 yrs. experience dealing with HRIS/finance systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to set and achieve business and team goals
- Strong time management skills & ability to prioritize tasks effectively
