Role & Responsibilites
- Provide customers with information on our new and pre owned inventories.
- Facilitate and negotiate deals that leave customers feeling empowered and satisfied, with profitable margins for the dealership.
- Converting service customers into sales opportunities.
- Following up and connecting with customers on their anniversary of purchase, birthdays, and other milestone events.
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM system, completing all tasks as required by management.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and inventory knowledge.
- Follow policy and procedure set by management team
- Daily check ins with management team regarding ongoing leads and customer follow up.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism both in appearance and behavior when interacting with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority, always

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
