- 1 Finance/ Receptionist

The Rental Intern will provide administrative support to the Rental Department. There will be a strong focus on property management practices such as coordinating lease signings, assisting with lease renewals and supporting the Rental Director with other duties as required.

The Finance/ Receptionist intern will be assisting the Finance department and front desk receptionists with their duties. There will be a focus on records, file management and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Sound communication skills in English and French (both written and verbal)
- Good aptitude in problem-solving and customer service skills
- 6 months of related experience in property maintenance, customer service, administrative or equivalent work or volunteer experience is required
- Familiarity with property management practices is a strong asset

Compensation: Starting wage between $17.00 and $18.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications.

**Posit**ion time: Full-time Casual position, 35-hour work week from May to August 2023.
