Bilingual Contact Centre Representative

**Basic Function**:
As the Bilingual Contact Centre Representative, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to customers that call in inquiring about our products, and to make outbound calls when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond and resolve concerns in a timely manner to optimize the customer experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service to existing clients.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or new programs.
- Become a brand ambassador with comprehensive knowledge of our products.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and French.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- Possess an empathetic and nurturing personality in order to relate to customer’s needs.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining databases.
- Passion for relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team driven environment.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
