**About this role**
We are recruiting for a **Service Coordinator** to join our **Nanaimo, BC** office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

This position leads the administrative function for the Electrical Services group, providing excellent customer service and a variety of administrative services to assist and support with the effective and efficient operations of the team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide consistent and high quality administrative support to the Service Team
- Answer reception phone calls and greet walk-in customers
- Dispatch and schedule service technicians
- Invoice work orders and enter into accounting system
- Process Electrical permits
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service
- Ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed
- File documents, ensure document control, office upkeep, and order supplies

**Your experience and skills**
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative support/customer service role
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) - may be tested
- Extremely organized work habits, patient, and customer service focused
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience leading a team or managing a group
- Natural, confident ability and positive attitude
- Flexible with the proven ability to multitask in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Some accounting experience
