Barrie, Canada Excalibur Water Systems Inc. Full time

Excalibur Water Systems is a leading Canadian manufacturer of water treatment and purification equipment for global residential, commercial, and industrial markets. We strive to create new, cutting-edge products for our customers, constantly pushing the limits on water treatment technology.

Focus will be on the following areas:
**Keyword Research**:

- Identify the most relevant and popular keywords and phrases potential visitors are searching for.
- Understand the audience's search intent using tools to analyze keyword difficulty and search volume.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Analyze competitors' SEO/SEM strategies to help us identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Create and manage ad campaigns, monitor ad performance, and analyze data to ensure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Off-Page SEO**:

- Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant sources.
- Acquire backlinks from Excalibur Dealers where possible.
- Keep track of backlinks to make sure they are always credible and not spammy.

**On-Page SEO**:

- Provide ideas for unique and helpful content incorporating targeted keywords to optimize and better align our web pages to user search intent.
- Ensure website content is relevant and addresses visitors' questions and needs. Monitor to notify when content refreshes are needed to ensure content remains relevant and useful.

**Local SEO**:

- Assist dealers in SEO optimizing their websites for local search results.
- Assist in content optimization on our satellite websites to target local search results more effectively.

**Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in an SEO/SEM marketing role preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to derive conclusions from data and make recommendations.
- High level of organization and ability to multitask.
- Team player who works well with others but can also work independently.

**Qualifications**
- University/College graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Google Ads & SEMrush is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
