Responsibilities
Provide guidance and direction to the OMT project team on the project plan and deliverables
Present product capabilities and target processes to customers.
Support customers in aligning their processes to leverage out of box functionality.
Qualifications
You are interested in a permanent opportunity or a contract opportunity with the following skill set:
Business Analysis: 5+ years
ServiceNow: 2+ years
Experience in Telecommunications product catalog and order management
LOCATION: REMOTE
LANGUAGE: English, French is nice to have
