**Description du poste**

Le programme Perfectionnement des Autochtones RBC est un programme national de stage en roulement de deux ans qui vise à aider les nouveaux diplômés de collèges ou d’universités qui s’identifient comme personnes autochtones à développer les aptitudes requises et à élargir leurs réseaux pour établir leurs carrières à RBC. Le programme combine une expérience sur le terrain en entreprise et dans la collectivité avec un plan d’apprentissage personnalisé, un accompagnement systématique, du mentorat et du réseautage professionnel. Vous participerez à quatre stages, dont trois qui vous donneront l’occasion de vous familiariser avec différents aspects de nos activités, au sein d’un secteur précis, et un stage auprès d’un organisme de bienfaisance enregistré ou d’un organisme sans but lucratif admissible. Vos stages en roulement se dérouleront au sein de l’un des secteurs suivants **:Finances, Audit, Technologie et exploitation, Services bancaires canadiens, Assurances, Marchés des capitaux, Approvisionnement ou Marketing. **Votre stage au sein d’un organisme de bienfaisance vous donnera une expérience de travail enrichissante et vous permettra d’appliquer vos aptitudes et d’élargir votre réseau.

**Qui peut présenter une demande ?**

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Sur une période de deux ans, vous effectuerez quatre stages : trois dans un secteur d’activité particulier et un au sein d’un organisme de bienfaisance.
- Les affectations à la banque comprennent des projets d’équipe ou individuels et d’autres activités liées à l’atteinte d’objectifs.
- Les associés tireront également profit, tout au long du programme, d’un mentorat individuel avec un directeur de programme, des gestionnaires de stage en roulement et un pair mentor. Grâce à une combinaison d’expérience et d’exposition, vous serez en mesure d’apprendre et d’élargir votre réseau personnel à RBC.
- À la fin des quatre stages, vous aurez l’occasion d’amorcer une carrière auprès du groupe sectoriel de votre choix en postulant à des postes internes. Nous travaillerons avec vous pour cibler de nouvelles occasions correspondant à vos intérêts, à vos aptitudes et à vos objectifs de développement de carrière.

**Éléments clés à la réussite**
- Diplôme de premier cycle obtenu récemment ou diplôme d’études collégiales d’une durée mínimale de deux ans dans un programme d’études pertinent
- Demeurer à proximité d’une succursale ou d’un établissement de RBC et être en mesure de se déplacer régulièrement
- Engagement à participer au programme de stage en roulement de deux ans
- Solides aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite
- Capacité d’établir de solides relations avec les partenaires clés
- Capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe et de façon autonome
- Fortement axé sur les détails et capacité de mener de front plusieurs tâches
- Grandes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et l’analyse
- Aptitude à apprendre et à s’adapter rapidement au fil des quatre affectations
- Connaissance des logiciels PowerPoint, Excel et Word, et capacité de maîtriser de nouveaux logiciels
- Aisance à sortir de sa zone de confort

- Apprenez à connaître votre secteur fonctionnel particulier ainsi que RBC et travaillez avec des chefs de file de l’industrie
