**Position: Plant Operator**

The Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring plant equipment and maintaining safe conditions for the plant’s production. The Plant Operator will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and monitoring of production. The position requires a strong understanding of plant safety, equipment operation, and maintaining safety for the plant’s employees.

**Requirements**:
**High school diploma or equivalent required.**
- 1-3 years of plant operation experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have good physical mobility (stand, walk, squat, bend, stretch).
- Must have good vision and hearing.
- Must have a sense of smell and ability to smell things that are not covered by standard PPE.

**Salary**: $18.67-$30.66 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M3N 1W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- LNG Operations: 1 year (preferred)
- SCADA: 1 year (preferred)
- technical inspection: 1 year (preferred)
