**Overview**:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for an Advisor, Corporate Contracting & Sourcing to join the team. This position reports to the Manager, Corporate Contracting & Sourcing in the Supply Chain Service Unit, part of Pembina’s Corporate Services Division.

Guided by Pembina's values, Supply Chain collaborates across the Organization ensuring that all supply chain activities are executed with the highest standards of ethics and integrity and are in strict adherence to Pembina’s policies. Supply Chain delivers strategic value to the organization by optimizing technology for material acquisition, inventory carrying, transportation, and planning costs.

**Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:

- Actively support the Corporate Services categories, such as Building Services and Information Technology as directed by the Category leads;
- Work with internal Stakeholders to review requirements and capture demand;
- Provide assistance to Services Units and other internal stakeholders in relation to ongoing management of contracts and reviewing contract variations for key suppliers while ensuring that the overall category plan isn’t impacted;
- Support the commercial and legal review and negotiations of contract terms and conditions and engage Pembina Legal, audit and insurance teams as required;
- Support the development of sourcing strategies by undertaking analysis of spend data, market intelligence, and examining sourcing value levers to support appropriate sourcing initiatives;
- Support strategic sourcing processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI, Single/Sole Justification) including but not limited to evaluations, clarifications and award in collaboration with key stakeholders and Pembina Policies;
- Maintain KPIs for supplier performance management and contract performance management;
- Maintain and track financial and non-financial benefits by monitoring supplier performance;
- Adopt a ‘one team’ culture;
- Identify and address issues related to process and procedures, escalating unresolved issues as required;
- Collaborate with other teams within Supply Chain to ensure business units goals, standards, policies, and procedures are achieved;
- Enter and maintain contract management systems including updating agreements in Ariba/SAP and various tracking spreadsheets;
- Actively participate in special projects as they may arise;
- Support team members with workload relief as applicable;
- Perform other duties as required from time to time; and
- Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related field;
- 3+ years experience with contracting activities, preferably within the oil and gas industry;
- Understanding of Supply Chain principles - knowledge and understanding of interdependencies and relationship between strategic and transactional supply chain across functional processes;
- Understanding of SAP S/4 including Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud would be beneficial;
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and a quick learner who is self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines in a continuously changing environment;
- Effective communication and organization skills complemented by a strong work ethic;
- General understanding of Category Management - inclusive of understanding the demand of the business, market trends, supplier landscape, supplier performance would be beneficial;
