Qualifications:

- Experience with processing and reconciliation of electronic health claims.
- Experience providing customer care, support and assistance in a professional environment.
- Experience using the Provincial Physician’s Manual.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with mínimal direction/supervision.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology.
