As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the service department's success, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring that every vehicle receives the highest level of care. With cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence, this dealership is more than just a new location

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Genesis Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

**Duties**
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers
- Manage a high-performance service team including Genesis Ownership Managers (GXMO), Technicians, Warranty Clerks and Genesis Valets
- Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision and performance management
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures

**Skills and Experience**
- Automotive Service Management: 4 years (required)
- Service Advisor: 6 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 8 years (preferred)
- Excellent slaes and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving department goals
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

**Schedule**
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
- Overtime
- Monday - Friday
- Morning shift and evening shift
