**What are we looking for**:We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Telephone Interviewers to join our team and play a crucial role in collecting data and opinions from survey respondents over the phone.

**About the Role**:Interviewers conduct telephone surveys during evening and weekend hours collecting essential information in a variety of areas including consumer/customer satisfaction, social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved.

**What you will be doing**:Conduct telephone surveys for market research purposes / Read the questionnaire as it is written and accurately record respondent’s answers / Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar / Communicate with the shift supervisory team to ensure shift objectives are met.

**What you will need**:
**Education**:HS Completion | DEC-GED preferred with minimum 6 months Call Centre experience OR Equivalency: 2 years plus of related Call Centre experience.

**Experience**:Prior experience in a call center, 6 months customer service, telemarketing, or phone interviewing. Familiar with Microsoft Teams environment.

**Technical**:Computer/laptop, cell phone, headset that plugs into your phone or ear buds with built in mic, high speed internet. Be prepared to install Microsoft Teams and be using either Chrome or Microsoft Edge Browser.

**Setting**: Have a dedicated space in your home which to conduct surveys without background interference.

**Must Be**:Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English / Self-motivated and positive attitude and have a courteous, customer service approach / Proficient typing/data entry skills / Excellent time management skills.
