**What You Will Do**:
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play an essential role within our IT work group, reporting to the Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Monitoring IT incidents, service requests and problems and triaging as appropriate;
- Diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 incident tickets;
- Assisting with problem investigations and providing input to solutions;
- Coordinating and maintaining the recording and tracking of IT assets; and
- Providing end user hardware replacement and lifecycle refreshes.

**What You Will Bring**:
Required qualifications:

- Completion of a two-year Computer Systems Technology diploma from an accredited institution;
- Three or more years’ experience working within IT and in a service desk environment;
- Three or more years supporting Microsoft Environment (Domains, Group Policy Objects, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365);
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License; and
- Ability to physically perform necessary duties.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Basic understanding of networking;
- Understanding of IT asset management, identity, and access management;
- Strong problem-solving skills; and
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
