Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with the Human Resources and Operation departments, and internal clients to drive forward our purpose of providing Peace of Mind to our clients and our employees. **The Role**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for full cycle recruitment for both union and non-unionized positions. This is a high volume and fast paced role, and we are looking for an individual who can keep up with the volume.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize effective and innovative sourcing techniques for identifying new talent, including internet searches, social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), talent campaigns, referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
- Develops and tracks measurable facets of recruiting and hiring processes to measure and report.
- Meets or exceeds predetermined quarterly recruitment targets
- Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
- Participates in the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for each vacant role.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience through pre screening techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with multiple business leaders, and influence decisions related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Self motivated individual who is not afraid to meet new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written along with experience communicating effectively to a diverse customer group is essential.
