**Job Overview**:
The Procurement Specialist's main role is to acquire inventory and equipment for the sales team to sell. This roll is a Sales type roll with lots of calls and deal making on equipment, producing quality deals with high margin that can flow through our system so that our sales team can sell it. Procurement Specialists will ensure seamless communication with customer and work to provide a high level of value and satisfaction for those who want to sell equipment with Lenmark. Procurement Specialist’s are expected to consistently display and model the values and mission of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Write up Procurement deals and do appraisals on equipment.

Accurately log all information on assets to for good listing creation inside of Launch.

Track and Maintain all Procurement Activities in Lenmark’s systems - Launch & HubSpot:

- Tracking opportunities, leads, contacts, and relationships inside of HubSpot, Lenmark’s CRM.
- Write up contracts for e-signature inside of Lenmark's inventory management system - Launch.
- Keep customer information updated in the system and add all contacts, customers, and leads as you speak with them.
- Communicate thoroughly with our customers in all aspects of the deal to ensure high customer satisfaction (when items are to be delivered, paperwork signed, etc.).

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and sellers.

Present all offers to the Procurement Manager for approval.

Manage your deal pipeline.

Perform site visits, as required.

Work with the Procurement Manager on any other projects, as required.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**
- Experience in sales, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of equipment such as; Manufacturing Equipment, Generators, Electrical, Mining, Heavy Machinery, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HubSpot is beneficial.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
