Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

About the Role

This role involves developing recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates, generating and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and working with internal and external tracking systems. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and best practices in foundational areas of HR, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and applicant tracking systems.

  • The ideal candidate will possess Analytical Thinking, capable of complex reasoning analysis through the development, implementation, and interpretation of policies, procedures, and processes.
  • A Leadership mindset is essential for planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects while championing the desired culture across the business.
Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Previous agency recruitment experience and an HR professional designation are assets. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.
