Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, supporting sales growth, and assisting in marketing initiatives.

**Customer Service**
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Expediate issues and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Route larger and more complex leads and opportunities to the Sales department.

**Sales and Marketing**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote business solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and enhance sales growth.
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close leads.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for business growth.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1+ year experience in sales and marketing.
- A recent graduate or near completion of post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in audio, video, lighting, and staging with knowledge of event and entertainment technology is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building relationships.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
