The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Program Implementation & Solutions Support (Individual Insurance), contributing as an integral program director and department leader, will strategically champion the success of the Individual Insurance program and Solution Analyst teams. Leveraging their enthusiasm for program delivery excellence, they will guide the development of enabling strategies and business cases, chair program governance groups, and provide oversight to align business and IT projects while ensuring the maximization of program benefits. They will motivationally empower the continued success of the Individual Insurance Solution Analyst leaders and teams to innovatively develop systems supports, reporting, and processing to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the programs within multiple distribution channels (Multi-Line Exclusive Advisors, MGAs and National Accounts).

**How you will create impact**:

- Strategically aligning and executing program initiatives to enable business success and efficiencies.
- Leveraging program management proficiency and knowledge of the Individual Insurance operations, product features, and the regulatory environment to lead and ensure program governance excellence and success.
- Providing leadership and contributing to the creation and execution of the program plans, managing regular prioritization, resolving conflicting priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, identifying, and negotiating program resources.
- Coordinating with internal IT partners responsible for the delivery of the technology component of the program. Identifying and negotiating program resources.
- Developing communication and change management plans, and ensuring they are executed with success across all key stakeholders.
- Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

**To join our team**:

- You have multiple years of proven experience in successfully leading the full-cycle delivery of complex programs / strategic enterprise projects including governance, executive stakeholder management, change management, communication management, and financial management.
- Holding a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or other major is an asset. Completion or working towards a Project Management Certification or LOMA license is an asset.
- You have a sound working knowledge of the Individual Life Insurance Industry, including operations, product features, and regulatory environment.
- As a business project owner or technical project leader, you have guided the successful delivery of business technical project migrations or technology enhancements.
- You are an experienced people and resource, well-skilled in developing talent and empowering teams to successfully deliver on business objectives.
