The Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Manager, will primarily be responsible to provide support to the customers regarding their account, and invoices to be paid.

**Job Duties**
- Assist customers in understanding their invoices and statements.
- Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all activities
- Manages cheque, cash and credit card payments
- Process and enter payments accurately
- Organize filing of all appropriate documents
- Prepare monthly statements and documents
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
- Support APT’s customer base by answering questions, addressing concerns and resolves issues and manages complaints in a timely and professional manner
