Design Researcher

Our Banking client in** Toronto, Ontario** is looking to hire a **Design Researcher** for **a 12-months contract role.**
**What you will be doing**
- Developing and executing research plans.
- Employing and facilitating design thinking activities.
- Conducting generative/evaluative research, interviews, and synthesis.
- Working with the design teams and cross-functional teams to inform the direction of research.
- Formulate points-of-views and recommendations based on findings.
- Present findings to wider teams.
- Managing research activity timelines and schedules.
**What you will need to succeed**
**Must Have Skills**:
- Well established research processes and methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating group activities.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to convey thoughts and findings in presentations in a concise manner.
**Nice to have skills**:
- Quantitative / behavioural data analysis.
- Working experience within a design team construct.
- Worked in product development setting.
- Previous experience in Financial Institutions and concepts.
